Scrapping Together~

Just wanted to share this page I did tonight. Kinda did some scrap therapy. I just put those random numbers and letters on there for no reason at all. Just had them here forever already. Glad to see 'em on a page. HeeHee Likewise the metal chains. I think they look cool though so there. *Sticks out tongue* Anyways this ones really plain, but still me! **CHEEEEEEEZE What was so fun about scrapping tonight though was my Timmy wanted to do it too! YAY! He comes in with this picture of himself I had given him like a week ago (cause I order one too many accidentally) and say,"Mommy is scrapbooking fun?" So of course eI say YES! heh. And he says,"Well do you think I can do it too?" So I say OF COURSE YOU CAN! So he sits down and says,"Okay I want one of those colorful pieces of paper (pointing at my page). So I say what color? And he says,"Red please." So I give him some red cardstock. Then he say,"Well do you have a glue stick,or how do you stick this?" So I give him my glue pen. Then when he paces his picture he says,"Mommy can you do this zactly how you did yours?" Pointing at the stitching onmy page. So I say YES and did it. He did EVERYTHING else all by himself!! And it's AWESOME!!!! I love it! Yay Timmy!!!! So yeah I just had to share! He is sooo cute! He made it as a surprise for his Dad. It's suppose to say.... "Dad I love you Happy Surprise". LOL Don't you LOVE it! Okay night all.

Saturday night random thoughts.

Tonight is good. Nothing to do. Scrapping. Maybe Tim and I will watch a movie. Hmmmmm Today was fun. Went outta town for breakfast to a little dinner that sells yumalicious food! It was cloudy today, but all in all it was gorgeous and the temperature was sooo refreshing. Found another cute shrug today at Areopostale. It was on clearance for $3!!! Dude! lol I wonder what I'll wear it with? Hey who's calling Tim this late? Gotta get Timmy to sleep. Why do I let him stay up till 10:30pm on Saturdays? Hope tomorrow it doesn't rain. :( I would like to stop at Calvin Klein tomorrow and get some jean/capris. I wanna do another page right now. Nah it's too late. Blah. Ooooo maybe tomorrow. What's up with the absents on blogs lately? I wonder how many people actually read my lame blog. :P Wish I could learn how to use my camera like a pro already. *rollz eyes* Man my back hurts. My random thoughts are boring. Guess I'll stop. Ha Ha Ha Anyways.... Here's my Easter page. Finally fdone. You know I actually started it the day I said I was gonna, but barely finished it tonight. HeeHee Tried to get this one to look a little more like my "Mara" pages. I got away with using all the bright colors cause it's an Easter page. lol I used up a lot of buttons too. I NEVER use buttons anymore. So I thought it was about time to get them on a page. Button overkill maybe? Heh. I love the pictures too. I enhanced them a bit in PSP. Made the grass look a tad greener. Well I must be boring everyone to death so off I go to clean the scrapping mess and possibly watch a movie. Okay goodnight all. Let Me Ramble For A Bit

Not much to talk about today, but I wanted to post the layout I did last night. I didn't do Easter. LOL I didn't feel like printing out the pictures so I did a picture from my stash. Hey at least I stuck with a holiday. I am wierded out though. I don't understand how my style can go from one extreme to the other. My pages I do of Timmy look so different then the ones I have done of myself and Jacqlyn. What's up with that? The reason I found time to scrap lastnight was cause Tim had to go to the church for some music practice thingy. So no, we didn't watch Fun With Dick and Jane. But I was wrong, something was on T.V. last night. 8th and Ocean was on! It comes out on Tuesdays at 10:30. Why so late? I have no friggin' clue! Anyways I am hoping to scrap again tonight. Maybe I will print out those Easter pic.s! Ha Ha Yeah right we all know that if I scrap I will scrap a page of me. But of what? I have pictures.... I just don't know what I would journal or title them. K.W.I.M? This morning I took pictures of my naked face. No make-up. No glits. No sparkles. Just pure Mara. They are quiet scary actually. LMBO But I have been wanting to do a page something along the lines of.... "The Naked Truth". Yeah or something like that. So yesterday I was blog surfing and came up on this site called The Altered Diva. It's mad hot! Like her work is sooo freaking awesome! I want to learn how to do that junk! Like REALLY REALLY! Tuesday Tuesday

Well Timmy went back to school today. When I was getting him ready this morning I asked him if he was excited to be going back. He says,"Well I am excited to see my friends, but I don't even get no time cause when I get home it's already getting dark outside." He's sooo crazy. I swear this kid would rather play all day. Which makes me wonder if I will have trouble with him in school. You know like him never wanting to go? I hope he will love school. I don't want to always have to be after him about it either. Seems like we always have to convience him why school is good for him cause he'd rather be at home playing all day. I know he is only 5, but I remember when I was little I loved school. But then again kindergarten wasn't as hard as it is now. I mean my little guy can read already and tell the time, plus add and subtract! I don't remember learning all that stuff till like 2nd and 3rd grade. His teacher has mentioned how much harder next year will be too. All I can say is...... WADAYAMEAN!!!!! I dunno this school stuff is getting outta control! LOL ;-) I just hope he doesn't have a hard time. I know he is smart, but he just doesn't like taking the time to think it out so he'll just ramble off something that has nothing to do with anything. LOL If that makes sense. :-P Ha Ha But yeah you guys know what I mean. So if you have any advice please feel free to give it! So it looks like today consists of CLEANING!!! Yay! We all know how much Mara adores cleaning. *she says as she sticks her finger down her throat to gag* Yup we got bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, the whole 9 yards people! Then we light the candles and it will smell oh so yummy. I picked one of my favorite candles the other day when I was getting my nails done (they sell them there). Oh they are THE BEST!!! This time I bought the Strawberry Kiwi one and omgosh I am so loving it. If you haven't tried these candles you MUST. They seriously don't even have to be burning to smell the whole house up. They're The Golden Canyon Candles. Do buy one if you get the chance. Trust me you will be glad you did and hooked for life! Now we all know I want to scrapbook today! I am think Easter! Whoohoo! LOL But we all know what happens when I wanna scrap right? I don't! So I probably won't. Booooooooo. Ha Ha But I might. There's nothing on T.V. tonight soooooooo I may have time too. But then again we have two movies we bought and haven't watched. Yeah we'll prolly watch Fun With Dick and Jane tonight. It looks funny. Sorta. Tim bought it. As for me I think Jim Carey's movies are usually pretty lame and quite crud. But maybe I will be surprised. Cause I really like Tea Leoni. Anyways maybe I will blog more later! As for now I gotta go finish cleaning!!! Wish me luck!

So how was everyone's Easter? I had a fabulous Easter this year! It was so much fun. Started out with morning service. They had a last supper drama. It was awesome. From the church we went to the park to take a few pictures. So here we are in our Easter dud's. LOL That's the cute dress I was dying over, but in the picture it doesn't look so cute. As a matter of fact neither do I. Why am I posting this picture here? LOL Guess I'm just nuts! Anyways it's really cute without the little shrug but it was freezing and windy! So I left it on. It's a cute little halter top dress. Very Spring/Summerish. I was soooo surprised at how Tim actually let me take more than three shots of us. But of course something had to interfere with my wonderful photo shoot, TIMMY HAD TO GO PEE!!!! Little brat I should have known! So we packed up and left because the bathroom is clear across the park. No way would they wanna go back an wait for me to set up again. Plus like I said a minute ago.... It Was WINDY! So yeah bummer for me when I say this was one of the best shots we got. But notice how our feet are cut off?! What's up with that?!!! I am sucha dork. Anyways when we left the park we came home and Timmy and I dyed eggs. Only I didn't have any vinegar, soooooo the dye wasn't very bold if you could even see it at all. So I busted out my acrylic paints! Hee Hee. They came out nice too! But sorry no pictures. :( I know I know Looozzzzer! So then when we were done with the eggs back to the park we went and had a BBQ. Yum! Steve and Paloma met us there (just some friends) and the kids (Timmy's best friends). Timmy had a blast. We took his bike so he was all over that park. LOL We did the egg hunt after the BBQ it was so cute. Timmy was all running everywhere. We did money eggs and Timmy found two. I think there we like ten between 5 kids so he did pretty good. I am so glad we did it at the park this year my son son had so much fun. I am pretty sure we will have it at the park every year from now on. I just loved it! So relaxing! So when we finally came home it was around 5. We left the park because it started raining. :( Which really sucked! But it was great while it lasted. heh Anyways when we got here I crashed out on my fluffy bed. LOL For about an hour. Whoohoo Then I woke up and Tim's sister called, said she was coming over. So Her and Arnold came with the boys A.J. and Jordan. Man those kids are just too stinking cute! And such little stinking brats! ;-) Hee hee They stayed until Midnight! Holy Moly people! LMBO It was really nice having them over though. We never get to see them. And the boys are getting so big, well not A.J. That kid never grows. He just talks too much! HaHa Cutie! So there you have it my Easter on a blog. It was really great! I hope everyone had as much fun as I did!

Happy Saturday!!!

Today has been a busy, busy day! I woke up this morning and actually made breakfast! Mmmmmm it was soooooo good too! :) No coffee though. I think I may be drinking too much lately because I have been getting the worst headaches. I figure it's from all that caffeine. Who knows? All I know is I didn't have coffee today and I didn't get a headache. LOL Maybe I'm just lame like that though! You just never can tell. heh So the day started off with shopping then came more shopping and then just a tad bit more shopping! Can you believe I waited till the last minute to get our Easter duds? Geeze what is wrong with me? I am stupid?!!!!! There were TONS of people out! I mean TONS. What a nightmare! I did however manage to pick up some really cute stuff. Dh got a suit. I bought the cutest white halter top dress with a brown ribbon that ties around it and I bought a little brown shrug to go over it for the morning service at church. Whoopieee!!! You don't understand how much I LOVE this dress though! I mean it's just waaaaay too cute!!!! I love it. I love it. I love it. Oh and I also got this super cute super comfy bag. Well its called a hobo bag. Hee Hee I'm a hobo. Mine is pink and purply though not green. Although it wouldn't be a bad idea to go back and get the green one. It's cute! I bought Timmy some slack pants and a blue dress shirt. Too cute. He is gonna look sooo handsome! I even bought him an outfit to wear later at the BBQ. ;) LOL So I had yummy In & Out for lunch. Why is it so dang good? And I can't help but get a double double! Man I am sucha freaking cow! Did I just really tell everybody I get a double double? *blushing* Ha Ha Ha Well YEAH I SO DO!!!! And if you don't then you SHOULD! It's good for the soul! Trust in Mara people. Trust. Oh yeah I scrapbooked yesterday like I said I would! It was fun. I did Effer Dare #23! I did a 5x7 photo on an 8x11 layout. Whew. I pulled it off well I think. Ha! So this is the first Dare I have done a page of! Last dare I did I made an journal. I dunno why I haven't done all of the dares. They all appeal to me. I guess I just get lazy. They issue like one dare a week. Crazy! I will probably do more as time goes by. I have been in sucha random scrapping mood. Like I just put out all the stuff I want to use on a page and then just slap it on weather it goes or not. LOL Ooooo and staples! I love my new stapler! It's just cool man! And I have had this love for polkie dots lately! I just want everything polkie dotted! LOL And the whole framing my pictures with sewing! Ahhh I just "heart" my sewing machine so much! And I can't get enough of those awesome white alphas Kim (zoomzoomzoom) RAK'ed me! Thanks soooo much Kim! Now just to find out where I can buy up more! Whoohooo. LOL Okay talking about all this stuff is making me wanna scrap now! Hmmmmmmm Wonder if I can fit a page into my schedule tonight. I still gotta get to the grocery store and the shoe store. Hey Guys!

Good morning world! Well at least if you call waiting in the doctor's office for an 1 1/2 good, then yeah.... Good morning! LOL I guess it could have been worse. Had to take Timmy in for a test result on his throat. He has been a wee bit sick these last few days. Fever. Sore throat. Dry cough. Runny nose. Pretty much the whole bit! Poor guy. What's funny is I had my nephew (the older one in in the pic.) since Sunday and Timmy was perfectly fine the whole time. He only said his throat was 'starting' to hurt. But was never crying or anything, but he had all of those symptoms. He is sick that's for sure. But I am so glad it doesn't have him all gloomy. I feel so bad for my little man when he gets sicky. His little eyes look so sad. But he has been a real trooper. Played all week with his cousin, no problem. Crazy little booger. So yeah back to the throat test results... They weren't in yet. But he had to see a different Doc. and she said he most likey just has really big tonsils. Well YEAH! Why didn't they just ask me that? So they are a little swollen, but nothing to be worried about. She asked me if he snored, nope he don't. HaHa She said if he ever starts having trouble with snoring or breathing then they will have to remove his tonsils. But I doubt that'll happen. My dh has really large tonsils too. Never had them removed either. I know my Dad had his removed when he was little. :P So yeah, this is how I have started my day off. Heh. So I will probably get some scrapping done today. Yay! I have had this picture of me sitting on this piece of p.p. for the whole week and well I think it's about time I got started on it! ;) I did this digi page a few days ago. ----------------> Made some brushes with a font. LOL And then made my own papers! It was fun And I really like the way they turned out. I tried to make them look distressed. It was hard. I need more practice. Ha Ha Anyways then I just used Rhonna Farrer Brushes on the corners. Love her stuff! Yeah and I have 7 loads of laundry to fold! YUCK! I hate laundry! But at least everything else is cleaned! :) Ahhhh I just love it when the house is cleaned! Helps me scrap better, cause then I don't to worry about it. Hee Hee Timmy has been outta school this whole week for Spring Break. He goes back on Tuesday and they start S.A.T.s. It's been nice having him home. Especially glad he didn't have to miss any school with being sick and all. Were gonna go to the park today, but now it looks like it's gonna rain! Fooey on the rain for running our Park Day!!! So not much ash been going on around here, just the usual! Nothing exciting cept that I bought me and icecream cake yesterday! Ha Ha Ha Figures that food would be the highlight of my week! LMBO What a losah. Anyways anybody know when Heidi will be back? I miss her tons and tons! Like seriously! I hope her sister is ok! I have been praying for her. I hope the baby is ok! A page....

Just wanted to post this. I did it last night. Man it's been forever since I've done 12x12. It went pretty well. LOL It's almost like old school style. I am getting used to fresh and funky. Ha. I figured I better get this picture done before he starts 1st grade. I still can't believe there is only one quarter left for this year. Man where does the time go? Someone told me when they (kids in general) start school the time FLIES by. Man she wasn't kidding! So sad. My baby will be in high school before I know it. Seriously bummed here. It seems like yesterday I was bawling my eyes out taking him for his first day. He has learned so much already too. I am so proud of him! Can you believe they won't be having a Kindergarten graduation? We are so upset. But evidently schools aren't doing it any more! Like what's up with that? LAME! My Friday.....

Was great! I slept in till 9:00am, had Mickey D's for breakfast (egg mcmuffin, hash brown and o.j.). Yum! Got ready, went out and had lunch for my brother's birthday. Yup he turned the big TWO-FIVE. It's amazing how he still looks 18. What's even more amazing is that he stille acts 18 . LOL Okay maybe that's not so wierd, but he really does need to grow up. :D After we were done at the restaurant Tim, Timmy and I headed out shopping again. Whoohoo for me! HaHaHa FunFun! I grabbed up a pair of sandals! They are sooo cute! I bought the cutest green top too and two white tanks, you know the kind with all the lace. So cute. So I am happy. Heeeeee........ Can you see the grin. ;) I even got a chance to scrap today. or. well. Tonight that is. I may even do a digi in a few! Whooooopie!!!!! This page scanned weird though. Like the colors are good, but that picture is soooo not that blown out! So yeah. Another layout of Jacqlyn. I love this photo! Just the whole angle and natural look. I can't believe I took these pictures with the little Sony. WOW! They turned out so well. But these are old. She needs to come for a new shoot. So I have pretty much had a Fun Fun Friday! I wanted to do a photo shoot of my brother today for his b-day but Noooooo he had plans. *rolls eyes* These 25 year olds, they think they have to go out for every occasion. *winx* What happened to the good ol' days where you just sat at home all day and had birthday cake after supper? Oh wait, that's too far back. Never mind. I don't even remember those days. *chuckles* Infact I don't even remember the last time I even heard the word supper. lmbo Too funny! So tomorrow looks like another busy day for me. It's my Anniversary!!!! SIX YEARS people! I can hardly believe it myself. Six years ago I was 18 and in love! And six years later I am still in love and actually know now what it really means. I love Tim soooo sooo much. We have come so far. It's just amazing. Raising our little family has been such hard work, but has always paid off! We are so great together! It has been a long and hard journey and just keeps getting better and better. I feel like this next year is going to be soooo awesome! I just feel it. I dunno I think we have great things in store this year! I thank God for keeping us together this long. I know it has been him from the beginning! He brought us together and has kept us together. I know he has amazing things for my families future. Whatever may come against us may the strength he has instilled in us stand the test of time. May our love never grow old. May our hearts always be as one. When I am weak Lord let Him be strong. When He is weak Lord give me strength. May we always listen. May we always care. Let's us be true. Let us be believe. Let us be loved.

Bored and Tired

Today was nuts! I shopped ALL day long! Whew! I am pooped! So pooped I came home and shopped some more online! Luuuu-who-zzzzzer!!!! LMBO So I am sooo tempted to go and get out my summer skirts and cut a good 5 inches of of it! Just chop chop. I am so going to buy leggings tomorrow too! I mean I know I have wanted to do this outfit for so long, but I just.... I dunno. I am though! Tomorrow I will buy leggings. Whoo-hoooooo. I can't wait! I have everything else so I am good. Okay, so check this out! I threw it together in PSP. LOL I am sucha freakshow! Yup Freak show Mara! I am telling you guys I was bored. Now do ya believe me? Hey? Coffee sounds good! Ahhhh CRAP! Mixed Scrap Emotions......

Ever get that way? Today was that day for me. I seemed to feel this way a LOT. I dunno why. Scrapping like totally consumes me. Everything I see I am inspired. Color. Bold, Vivid Color. I see it everywhere! I want it. I want to capture it in every form. Scrapping. Photography. Clothes. Homes. Makeup. DESIGN. I feel like if I just let go it'll come out. I want something more from it. Not just to see it. I want to hold it in my hands. I want to breathe it. I want to BE it. I feel as though I hold the key and all I have to do is unlock the door. I don't know what holds me back. I think I am afraid I won't be everything I desire. I am afraid I will fail. But it's driving me! I can feel it! This morning I woke up inspired. By what I dunno. It was just there. I wanted to scrap! I printed a picture to scrap before I even brushed my teeth. I wanted to go out and take photos. Lots and lots of photos. I didn't. I didn't scrap. I didn't take pictures. Nope instead my mom called and we headed out to meet a friend for lunch, and then off to Target we went. But it was in me all day poking my insides trying to get out. And here I sit with these same feelings. I want to vomit it's so overwhelming. I'm not kidding. Now is the time! And yet...... Here I sit. What am I thinking... Just go Mara.... Go...... But I won't. No I can't. Tim is here Timmy is here and frankly I just can't get comfortable doing my thing while anyone is around. I need space! ~WIDE OPEN SPACE~ And Music. Music to make my body move. Music to invigorate my mind. So as I sit here glum I will make plans... Do your thing girl.... Do it tomorrow. And then an almost tear...... Tomorrow is so far away. And then, the emptiness, the hollow. Stupid Stupid girl. When will you learn? Do it then. Do it now. Do it in the moment!

Today I had another fun fun Doctor's visit, or is it just Doctor visit? I dunno! You know me and my bad grammar. Guess that's what I get growing up in Cali. OR is that everywhere? Okay okay back to my subject... Yeah yet another docks visit and what did he do? Sent me off for more blood work! Come on people is this really how I wanna spend my day? NO! Not at all! Oh and boy was it fun having like 10 different receptionist pronounce my name wrong and then ask me, "Is that how you say it?" LAME People!!!! Lame!!!! Gah! What is so hard about pronouncing Maranatha? Okay lol I guess it is kinda hard, but to have to hear 10 different versions in like 2 hours kinda was a little annoying! But whatever that's over now and I don't have to hear it again for another week! Or wait, is that even good news? Man this sucks! Next week they will say,"I forgot how to say, how do you say it again?" Freaking LOSERS!!!!! Lemme just go in with the pronunciation slapped up across my forehead! Okay? Good idea? NOOOO!!!! Freakin' aye! Oh and why do Doctor Offices scales ALWAYS weigh you more than your home scale?! Man I needa diet! *crosses eyes* But on a lighter note (she says as she rolls her eyes) and much happier one I had shrimp cocktail for lunch and coffee with my mum! Yummmm and yay! The coffee was awesome! As always! It's Millstone Coffee and da bomb baby!!! Oh and if you haven't tried CoffeeMate's Creme Brulee then dude, what are you thinking?!!! Go get some man! I just bought the honkinest one they sell and it's like half gone! And hey, who says you can't put half a cup of creamer in your coffee? SHAWWWW!!!! lol Okay maybe not half a cup, but make sure you put enough ok? Oh and no sugar dude, come on you trying to drink candy? No, I think not! Do it right dude! OR just don't do it! Get it? Got it? Okay, Rock on!!!! Anyways, I think I had too much coffee dude! Better go jump rope. Ummm or NOT! HaHaHa man I'm funny! OR whatever you call it! Yeah.

I hate it! And then the whole time change! Gah! This is gonna take some getting use to! Seems like just as the day starts it's over! Sucks! Well I had a lame Doctor's app. Today. Blah! Went grocery shopping too! Whoopee! So fun... NOT!!! I bought a lot of good stuff to get fat on! YUM! Heh. Loser. I came home and digi scrapped! I had been downloading all kinds of awesome free kits and decided to finally use some of them! You can get the kits at Shabby Princess.com. They are soooo hot! They have some really really hott stuff at Designs By Dani. It's so easy to scrap digitally! No mess either! LOL And plus I can make pages of Chloe and not have to worry about shipping fees! LMBO! J/P Heidi! You know I love you and the Chloemeister! *Sa-mmmooch* So yeah it was fun and now I wanna do another, but should prolly let my comp breathe a bit! Hmmm Or not! Okay so maybe I should paper scrap! Hmmmmmm Why not I have the time right now! Hmmmmmm Ha! Ha! So we might be going to Universal Studios this weekend. I sure hope it doesn't rain though! Gah! Then Sunday is our Anniversary! Six years! Wow! I can hardly believe it myself. It's nuts! Haven't made any real plans for that day yet. Prolly just do dinner though. Dorks! Today was fun. LOL I got to scrap again. ;) I got to sleep in today and with the whole time change it seemed like I slept in till 10:00 am, but yeah we all know I didn't. I wish! Heh. I had the house to myself all morning till around 1:00 pm. Tim had taken Timmy to Allen's house (Timmy's BF). I woke up in a cleaning mood. Very rare. So I showered up and started cleaning! I got a lot done before the boy's got back and then we headed off to Sizzler. Mmmmmm I love their salad bar. Yum! Actually I think I just like salad bars in general. Ha Ha. I'm lame! Anyways after that we took off to P-ville to visit Tim;s Grandma and our nephews. We only got to see one nephew! MAN that kid is a brat!!!! He is 2 1/2 and I swear he gets into EVERYTHING! LMBO But he is sooo dang cute! The little stinker! We got lucky going to "Grandma's" though! She was making tamales!!!! Oh yeaaahhh Bay-bay!!!!! Jackpot! She hooked us up phat wit half a dozen! HaHaHaaaaaaaa! Thanks Grandma we love you!!!! And that was pretty much our day! When we got home we relaxed a bit and then I started scrapping! I was feeling it too! Whipped this baby up in 2 hours! LOL Ok maybe a little less, but yeah here it is! The color scanned weird it actually a lot brighter! The b.g. is some of the new Basic Grey. Yum! That stuff is awesome! Love it! I got a little stamp happy too! Hee hee! Like you can't tell. I actually use ribbon on a l.o.! Lately I have really been having a hard time incorporating ribbon on my pages.
